Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please call us on 07585124127 and inform us. If no answer please leave a message. Orders are normally processed same day received, and in fact if received early could be processed that day so quicker a cancellation is placed the better. If cancellation opportunity is missed, items can be returned as below.

Returns Policy individual items

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send us us an email giving order number, your name and reason for return.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Returns Policy sealed baskets

Sealed baskets can only be returned if the plastic seal is not broken. If you have opened a sealed basket and found an issue, please follow instructions above

Custom Made baskets can not be returned unless defective. Please follow instructions above

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If shipping internationally, There may be custom charges on your end. We have no control over these and they are not considered in our selling price. It would be up to you the customer to pay these.

please note that we can only estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. On rare occasions extra shipping may have to be charged for large or heavy items where the shipping method you choice is not suitable. If this happens we will always contact you you sort out best way to deal with it and will give you best options possible.
